Frequently Asked Questions

BEP has a number of licensed special education professionals that are assigned to each case based on the specific needs of the student.  During the consultation, you will be given the opportunity to provide information about your child's IEP and we will help you create a plan for the ARD/IEP meeting.

Battle Education Professionals offers a range of assessments, including academic assessments, cognitive assessments that will help assess your child's current levels in reading, math and writing.  These assessments are designed to identify areas of needs that should be addressed in your child/s IEP.  If your child is currently not receiving special education services, evaluations can provide a depth of information about your child's learning needs.  All evaluations meet the TEA standards for evaluations. 

Most current IEP is needed, any discipline records, grades, and any other information that is important to your case should be provided during the consultation.

We prefer you to give us at least 72-hour notice so that we can get familiar with your case.  If you are not able to provide a 72-hour notice, we can still attend the meeting with limited information.
